Order Status

To view the most updated status of your order, please log into your customer account here. At a glance you will be able to view the item you ordered and any applicable shipping information.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number and information to hello@bikostal.com .

Please note that if your order has already been processed and packed we will not be able to cancel your order. Simply send it back when you receive it and we can provide a full refund within 30 days from ship date.
