RETURN POLICY
+ Oh No, We are sad you weren't 100% satisfied. Please reach out to hello@bikostal.com and remember to include your order number as well as the products you would like to return. We will take it from there!
+ We must receive an email from you within 30 days of your purchase date.
+ Refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
+ Items received outside of our 30 day return period will be returned to you.
+ If the item received is damaged and appears to be used the item will be returned back to you.
+ Please note, we monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Bikostal account.
EXCHANGES
+ We do not offer exchanges, if you want a different color or style please email us to hello@bikostal.com with your order number and name of the unwanted item for a full refund within 30 days and repurchase the item you want in exchange on www.bikostal.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
+ You can return your order using any trackable postal service; you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.
+ Please mark your package as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any further duties.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
+ Returns will be processed within 48 hours, this may vary during busy periods.
+ Allow 5- 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
